The purpose of this course is to prepare specialists, county staff, and volunteers for the VITA tax season. Topics include an overview of the program, site operation specifics, training requirements, and training resources.
You will need an enrollment key for this course. The enrollment key will be issued to staff from Ryan Stuart.

Practical approaches to promote introspection, increase self-awareness, motivation, confidence, and alignment between lifestyle and personal values. The following best practices are provided to help you
maximize the accessibility of your Microsoft Office products; including but not
limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook. Instructions for both Windows and Mac users are included in
the training.
